Greetings my dear readers,
Well now, as we count our days, we have got 24 weeks for the SSC exams. So might I ask my fellow SSC mates, this:
What are we doing to maintain the balance in our mental health?
Along with continuous hardwork, I think that it's absolutely necessary to give ourselves a break. As for me, I think that the best way is listening to good music. I would definitely agree that "Music per day, keeps stress at bay." Listening to classical music on a daily basis has relieved me from my academic schedule. The melodious ragas make me feel so light as if I am just floating in midair.

Next to this, I think that reading is another stress reliever. Books are man's best friends. They bring out the best in us. So shouldn't we make the best out of them?
According to J. K Rowling, author of the Harry Potter series, " If you don't like to read, then maybe you haven't found the right book."
Reading has many benefits. For starters, it boosts up our imagination. Secondly, it takes us into a different world, where we forget our problems and enjoy the feeling of being in that world. This is quite necessary in today's world. I have found that reading produces positive vibes.
So, that's all for now.
Caffine diaries signing out.
Thank you.... :)
